Linda K. Chin, AIA
Since co-founding PARACHIN, Linda has continued her 30-year devotion to the food service and retail concessionaires at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. This experience has expanded to projects in the Chicago Midway, Las Vegas McCarran and Indianapolis International Airports as well. Under Linda’s leadership, the firm has developed both new restaurant and food brands, as well as worked on national food chain concepts for airport and street-side locations. At PARACHIN, Linda utilizes this richly varied experience to create the structure and project management direction throughout every project. She is the iron anchor of reason and facility.
William T. Chin, AIA
For as long as Linda has been working on airport projects, Bill has been leading corporate and office projects for such distinguished clients as Dorchester Company - owners of the Jeweler’s Building at 35 East Wacker Drive, Zeller Realty Group, Convergys Corporation and PepsiCo Chicago. Bill was also the design principal in charge of notable projects including the Malo, Mezcalina and Black Coffee Gallery, and Django restaurants, as well as the PepsiCo Sustainability Center which, with the first wind turbines in downtown Chicago, achieved LEED Platinum certification. Unafraid to explore even the most unlikely possibilities, Bill provides the design vision and creative problem solving capacity of PARACHIN. He is the spark of inspiration.
